PagePilot ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered website monitoring services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform at pagepilot-72.polsia.app (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: email address, name, and session data when you register or log in
- Monitored URLs: the web addresses you add to the Service for monitoring
- Alert preferences: email addresses and webhook endpoints you configure to receive alerts
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages checked, alert events triggered, and feature interactions
- Technical data: browser type, IP address, and general geographic location (city-level) collected via server logs
- Meta Pixel data: see Section 5 below
We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled via Polsia's session infrastructure.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the monitoring Service
- Send alerts to your configured email or webhook endpoints when changes or downtime are detected
- Maintain and improve Service reliability and performance
- Process payments (via Stripe — we do not store card details)
- Measure marketing effectiveness via Meta Pixel (see Section 5)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Retention
- Account and settings data: retained until you delete your account or request removal
- Monitored URL history: retained for 90 days after the page is removed from your account
- Alert logs: retained for 60 days
- Session data: expires according to your session cookie settings
4. Third-Party Services

5. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel on our website. It fires the following events:
- PageView — triggered on every page load
- Lead — triggered when you sign up or start a trial
- Purchase — triggered when you complete a payment
Meta Pixel data is governed by Meta's Data Policy. To opt out of Meta Pixel-based tracking, you can use the Meta Pixel Helper browser extension or adjust your Meta ad preferences.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies:
- Session cookie (`pp_token`): required for authentication. HttpOnly, set on login. Expires after 7 days or when you log out.
- No marketing or tracking cookies beyond the Meta Pixel described above.
7. Data Security
All data in transit uses TLS encryption. Screenshots are stored in Polsia R2 storage with restricted access. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
